It's nearly midnight, we've eaten absurd quantities of insanely delicious food, we're smoking shisha with new friends made an hour ago, and despite the fact that it's absurdly hot the hotel staff are teaching us dabke in between cleaning up for the night. Now THIS is Palestine :-).
