human rights watch on israel's use of white phosphorous

This may be old news to some readers, but Human Rights Watch has put together a short video about the Israeli Occupation Forces' extensive use of white phosphorous in Gaza.

Of course, they have to take a moment to talk about the crude handmade Qassam rockets being fired into Israel, lest they not seem "balanced."

The opening footage is actually of the WP attack on the UN school in Beit Lahiya. No, not the one that set the UN warehouse full of food and medical supplies on fire...that was a different attack. Also note that this has all the hallmarks of a "second strike" attack, a very common occurrence during Operation Cast Lead. It's exactly what it sounds like: fire one shell, wait until people come out to investigate/help the wounded, then fire again.
